Pat LaFontaine's organization is called 'Companions in Courage'. Pat builds out Lions Den Rooms inside hospitals where children can have some fun while getting their cancer treatments. Brian Pringle is a 13-year-old boy from Point Pleasant Beach who is courageously battling a brain tumor. Miles of smiles was created by his classmates at the Antrim School in Point Pleasant Beach, They went out into the community and sold the yellow 'Happy, Smiley Faces' to everyone they could and donated the money to his mom and dad to help with the bills. They then tied them all together and strung a mile of them around the halls of their school to support their sick friend.
