This Website offers online capabilities to purchase video programming and services (such as subscription memberships). You must be 18 years of age or older to make any such purchases. As to programming and services featured on this Website, please note that we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the programming and services that appear on this Website. However, the quality, dimensions, and details that you see on your computer monitor will vary depending on your equipment, so we cannot guarantee that your equipment will accurately display the details of our programming and services. As to services featured on this Website, the terms of those service offerings may be specified in a separate agreement that will be provided to you in connection with the service purchased and will be supplemented by this User Agreement.

A. No Purchases by Minors

By ordering a program or subscription service online, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If a child under the age of 18 orders a program or service without parental or guardian permission, then the parent or guardian may cancel the program or subscription service for a refund according to the posted returns policy that relate to that order. We may offer enhanced services available to children under 13 on a subscription basis. In such cases, a parent must register for the service and establish the appropriate permission level for the child. Content and activities available to you or your child may vary depending on the subscription and site. Parents will be provided with information on the type of content and activities their child may access at the time they subscribe and are always in charge of their child's account. Subscription fees may apply for some services.

2. When you order a program or subscription service online, your credit card statement will reflect the following name: 'DBC/MVP' (for MVP-Mobile Vision Player^® video services.
3. Return Policy- Charge Back Issues Policy
1. In order to assure the highest level of security and to assure the quality of your viewing experience, the MVP video streaming system is able to track use by a specific IP address and or mobile video device connection.
2. Pay - Per-View (individual event)
   no refund unless there were technical issues on the side of DBC/MVP (provider). Viewer must notify DBC/MVP with in 7 days by e-mail preferably at support@gat-usa.com for, or by phone at (973)-848-9393.
3. Season Pass: Refund Policy
   refunds are limited solely to technical difficulties on behalf of DBC/MVP not able to deliver event broadcast. DBC/MVP is not responsible for technical issues of viewer or viewer’s system. Any refunds for the Season Pass will be pro-rated and based on number of events available.

Rain Checks

Occasionally, demand for our hottest programs may surpass our ability to supply service. When this happens, we may be able to issue you a rain check to watch the programming on a 'video-on-demand' basis. This allows you to purchase the program and watch it at a later date for the original the sale price.
